Citizens of these countries holding ordinary passports can enter China for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, exchange visits, or transit for no more than 30 days.
Countries enjoying visa-free entry based on bilateral visa exemption agreements
Singapore, except for activities such as work, study, news reporting, and settlement that require prior approval, can enter China for a single stay of no more than 30 days starting from the date of entry.

30 days visa-free entry for 59 countries' citizens to Hainan
Citizens from 59 countries, including Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Monaco, Belarus, can enter Hainan with a regular passport for short-term purposes such as tourism, business, visits, family visits, medical treatment, exhibitions, sports competitions (excluding work and study purposes), and their activities will be limited to the administrative region of Hainan Province.
Visa-free entry for foreign tour groups by cruise ships
Foreign tour groups (2 or more people) organized and received by Chinese domestic travel agencies can enter and exit through the cruise ship ports in Tianjin, Dalian in Liaoning Province, Shanghai, Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province, Wenzhou and Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province, Xiamen in Fujian Province, Qingdao in Shandong Province, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in Guangdong Province, Beihai in Guangxi Province, Haikou and Sanya in Hainan Province, etc., without obtaining a visa. The tour groups must travel together to the next port until the cruise ship leaves the country, and their stay in China shall not exceed 15 days. The activity range is the 11 coastal provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Beijing in China.
Visa-free entry for foreign tourist groups from Hong Kong and Macao to Guangdong and Hainan
Citizens of countries that have established diplomatic relations with China holding regular passports, after arriving in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions, can enter and exit the Guangdong and Hainan regions with a tour group organized by a travel agency registered in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions. The stay shall not exceed 144 hours. They can also enter and exit Hainan for tourism, with a stay not exceeding 6 days.
